May National Fitness Month


So I just found out that May is National Fitness Month. I have decided to set the following goals:

Work out 5x per week. 3 days doing Jillian Michaels and 2 days with the Trainer
Not to eat any snacks from the vending machine
Drink 8 glasses of water everyday
Lose 10 pounds by May 30, 2010
To eat a home during the week.
To stay focus and pray to God Daily!
